While the staff are generally friendly and accommodating, there was some delay upon check-in. Nevertheless, this minor inconvenience does not detract from the overall beauty and comfort that this venue provides.

This hotel offers a luxurious spa and fitness center, with comfortable rooms overlooking the Optimum Outlet Mall. The location is excellent, just 2 minutes away from Yenisahra Metro Station. The staff at the front desk are extremely helpful and professional, providing excellent customer service. The view from our room on the 14th floor was stunning. The hotel's location in front of the mall made it convenient for getting food and snacks. The food at the hotel was delicious.

We had an amazing stay with great staff, comfortable rooms, gym, pool, and spa facilities. The hotel is beautiful and has an excellent design. The breakfast is delicious, and the late checkout at 3 pm was a nice touch. The location is convenient, near a shopping center, and has easy access to transportation.

This hotel boasts a great location, close to a mall and a metro station. You can easily reach Kadikoy or the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean, complete with comfy beds and modern bathrooms. The breakfast spread is delicious with a plethora of options to choose from. Plus, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. the executive lounge is a great perk with a pleasant atmosphere and good food options.

Like other hotels in the area, it may suffer from occasional issues with mosquitos.

I was pleased to get a suite upgrade at a very affordable price. The room was spacious with a counter space that had a sink, microwave, and mini-fridge. The bathroom had a large bathtub and rain shower area. The hotel location on the Asian side made it more affordable, and the hotel's food was amazing. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay during my Easter vacation. The hotel's location was ideal, with a mall right next door for any shopping or dining needs.

There were a couple of drawbacks. The pillows were not very comfortable, and the duvet had an unpleasant smell.
